Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and LD VENTURES LLC.
Service Description
Revieww provides review removal services for policy-violating content on platforms including Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Airbnb, and Reddit. We pursue removals exclusively through each platform's official dispute channels. We do not use deceptive, fraudulent, or prohibited tactics. Our services are strictly limited to reviews that violate the platform's stated policies. Some or all of this work may be performed by contracted third-party service providers on our behalf. We require any such service provider to comply with the same standards set forth in this section.
No Guarantee of Removal
Results depend entirely on platform policy enforcement and the discretion of each platform. We do not guarantee that any review will be removed. We only pursue reviews that appear to violate platform policies based on our professional evaluation. Platform decisions are final and outside our control.
Billing and Payment
Our services are success-based. You are invoiced only after a review has been officially removed by the platform and the removal has been confirmed. There are no upfront fees or monthly retainers. Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before we begin work. If a review is not removed, you owe nothing for that review. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month and may be referred to collections. Once a review has been confirmed removed by the platform, the corresponding service is complete and payment for that removal is non-refundable.
Lifetime Guarantee
If a review we have successfully removed reappears on the same platform at any point in the future, we will pursue its removal again at no additional charge, for the lifetime of that case. This guarantee applies only to reviews we have already confirmed removed, and does not extend to new or different reviews, which remain subject to the eligibility and removal process described above. As with all removal efforts, reposted reviews are pursued through each platform's official channels and remain subject to that platform's policies and discretion.
User Representations
By submitting a request, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business associated with the review in question. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to request review evaluation and removal for the listed business.
No Legal Advice
Our evaluation of whether a review violates a platform's policy is a business assessment, not legal advice. Nothing in our services creates an attorney-client relationship, and you should consult independent legal counsel for legal matters.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LD VENTURES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LD VENTURES LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wisconsin.
